2. Products & Orders

All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Orders placed through www.picnickers.ae are confirmed only upon successful order placement.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method at this time. In case of a pricing error, Picnickers reserves the right to cancel the order or adjust the price accordingly.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver across the UAE. Delivery time is typically 1–2 working days, but may vary due to external factors. Free shipping is available for orders over AED 120.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
