Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

1. Refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.

2. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned in the same condition you received

them.

3. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

 

2. Timeframe

1. You must request a refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

 

3. Process

1. Contact our customer service team via returns@picnickers.ae within the refund period.

2. Provide details of the issue along with clear photos or videos of the product.

3. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

 

4. Refund Method

Since we accept Cash on Delivery only, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit

within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

 

5. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

1. Items purchased on sale or promotion.

2. Customized or personalized products.

3. Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.

 

6. Exchanges

1. If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will arrange to send the replacement item once we

receive your returned product.

2. Exchange requests must follow the same conditions and timeframe as refunds.

 

7. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
