1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the UAE. International shipping is not available at the moment.

 

2. How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders over AED 120. For orders below AED 120, a flat delivery fee of AED 20 applies.

 

3. How long does delivery take?

We typically deliver within 1–2 business days across the UAE. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

 

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. You can also contact us at  orders@picnickers.ae if you need help tracking it.

 

5. What’s your return policy?

You can return any item within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Email us at returns@picnickers.ae to start a return.

 

6. How do I request a return or exchange?

Send us an email at returns@picnickers.ae with your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll guide you through the process.

 

7. What if I received the wrong or a damaged item?

We’re sorry! Please email orders@picnickers.ae with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll fix it ASAP.

 

8. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please email orders@picnickers.ae immediately with your order number.
